Small Thought.   The jealousy and hatred are two curses to fight tooth and nail. 
They are responsible for all physical and psychic troubles.  They harass and ravage
our tender heart mercilessly, without compassion and without consideration.
They suffocate it, ruin it , they harden it and stab it with their venomous arrows.
They infiltrate slyly into its veins as the vipers, always ready to bite it.
Nevertheless, this flamboyant, scarlet heart can only hatch with the seed of tenderness
which create for it a cosy cocoon to reassure it and strengthen its vitality.
He can only quench its thirst from the source which spurt out love, kindness and sincerity.
Let us surround this wonderful heart with beautiful thoughts
to relieve and lengthen its life.
Let us wrap it with an honest magnificent layer which will be impervious
to any kind of harmful influences.
Let us sing its praises.  Let us put it on a pedestal which will protect it
and will take it away from the agonies of the soul and from the consciousness.
Finally, let us never forget that our heart is our glimmer of hope which will lead us
to the knowledge of God, oneself and our fellow man.    Viva
