others, we must learn to love ourselves without remorse and without fear. 
We must PAMPER, ESTIMATE AND APPRECIATE oneself physically and morally.
To love oneself is very important, because it releases us of all the taboos of the society.
It is not by egoism, it is just a way to protect us against social eccentricities
which threatens us at every stage of our life.
Do not be intimidate by the harassment of your surroundings.
Liberate yourself of your emotional blockages and allow you heart,
