Small thought. Since Thursday, the big henhouse POULPETTA of St-Vincent
has been on strike for an unlimited period. Cocks, hens and chicks require that
their claims being heard and carried out. The useless sufferings has to stop.
They cannot any more prickle artificial foodstuffs that they are offer to them
and they are not able any more to absorb innumerable vitamins.
These diets make them sick, obese and nonchalant. Even the chicks are prevented
from hatching naturally. They put them in machines to hasten their birth.
Henhouses of former days do not exist anymore where they could strut as they like,
inhale the pure air and peck healthily.
But everything has changed. Every week, big white trucks where it is written
DELIGHT NOT TO BE MISSED, driven by white drivers also dressed in white,
park in front of the henhouse. They put everybody in cages and lead them
to buildings which look like prison. Here, begin the sorting and the slaughtering.
We don't know who established these norms, but it seems that our only function
is to satisfy the gluttony and the pleasures of the table. They cut our throat,
they dissect us and they cook us slowly. We accept this fate which was imposed on us,
but at least let us be born, grow up and peck freely.
Their conscience torments them so much that they have invented organic
products supposed to be healthy and naturel. We assure you that everybody pickle
the same commodities.
Be careful, there is always the other side of the coin. It is poison that you are tasting.
By treating us in this way and by gulling us by all these chemical products,
one day you will undergo the consequences. Do not be blinded by this array of promises.
Avoid the greedy commercials. They are only liven up by the bait of earnings.
